Paul: Strange things can happen between a debtor and his/her creditors. I've seen completely irrational decisions made by feuding parties just to punish the other party purely for spite. In this day and age, it doesn't take much prodding from an eager bankruptcy attorney to cause angry creditors to force an involuntary bankruptcy, irrespective of the potentially lower recovery factor in liquidation mode vis a vis a restructuring or company sale, both of which would be pursued as a going concern.

At the end of the day, I honestly expect the outcome to be dictated by the Company's cash position, and not by creditors, but you can't discount that possibility completely. Just look at FEN.
