My theory on why some people continue to sell BANY when things are looking up in general is that the sales for the last week or two have mostly been blocks of 5-10,000 (about as large a block as can be passed on BANY), and I suspect they could be from those investors that executed the 2 for 3 split to sell restricted shares.

These sales just started a couple weeks ago when the price appeared to bottom out at .78, and they just keep coming, everytime the price gets above .9. It kinda looks like that period before the SEC filing when we suspected the shorts we're being covered at ~$0.80.

It seems that $0.80 has established itself as a firm base, and IMO the investors who needed to sell about 300,000 restricted shares are now selling their 200,000 unrestricted shares because they need the money. I will e-mail Sitra on this to see if it is a possibility. I really don't see any other explanation for blocks of 10,000 to have suddenly began to be sold at the current levels.

I do not see a meaningful sell off by the BANY longs, and as Sitra's latest e-mail to me confirmed, AYIC/ANYI WILL have a ~week of serious press blitz to get some attention before trading starts. This will be BANY's biggest week IMO, I can wait another couple weeks or so, the rewards should be SWEET:)
