Maybe you are right... The only solution that I can see at this juncture is a long term NATO presence, to be sure. And yes, we should have listened to Dole. We should have elected Dole...I was an election judge in my precinct, and Dole won handily here. I said to the Democratic judges, before we wrapped things up, "Let me savor this, it is going to be a long night..."
