MUEI...wasn't sure. I bought and nothing was happening. Just about to sell, and it went up. Never followed this one, so have no idea how it moves or what moves it. 32 mil float though.

Update Ipo pre/25 day quiet period positions:

NESY landed 10 points for me between the 26th and 30th, with 30th being the end of quiet period. (So much for posting after the fact!)

This is my second success with utilizing this method....so my next pick is ROWE.

It IPO'd on the 3/09/99 and quiet period ends 04/02. I will try to pick some up today.
