Cheeky,
Love your health care analogy. Were it not for the widespread practice of
prophylactic medicine the morbidity and mortality rates would be grossly higher
and the system would be overwhelmed. Fix on failure is appropriate for rare
and unidentifiable problems but the greater the dependence upon it the greater
the risk to the patient.
