Juicer, FED doing ZIP & they end the WAR Fed will probably show a change in bias (if not, bonds doing the job for them) and war isn't over. IMO- IMF met with Russia, Russia met with Serbs, Serbs say no more action. Can you say "payoff"? Look for "peace-keeping" troops going into Yugo. Hey, we did the Serbs job for them. Albanians gone! Besides, you trust them??????? Now we'll pay for repairing the damage. Next worries - Rubin leaving and China devaluing.
