Kailash, for the last several years the FED is following the long bond and the spread of the run bonds. As long interest rise due to economic reason the of the run bonds spreads narrow on a percentage basis.

Than the FED will raise the FED funds rates.

Oil above $16 will impact inflation. Grains are also raising let alone housing costs and airline tickets
