Mike, Spoke with the corporate offices today...they are mailing out another letter that is suppose to describe the 1.8 mil. shares and what is suppose to happen. Also, there was a letter last week that went out about the calculations on the dividends. No mention of the public date yet but it was noted and there was indication that things are moving in that direction. Fingers crossed. Seems a little quiet on the thread? Speak to you soon. TBG
