4finger-- i agree. tivoli has been losing ground recently, and everyone is just plain sick of CA. you give them an alternative, even at a premium (regards to the author fo the column<G>), and they will take it. especially one that works with the tivoli console. the problem with columnists is that they take hit and run shots, whether they are justifiable or not. afterwards, because their rant was printed, it becomes gospel. CS with NOVL and CPQ looks great...and very stable. there goes that nagging problem enterprise IT depts. have with a small player. good luck to all, trey
