Interesting points, I do agree the airstrikes have depleted supplies/munitions. The next important element is will Russia support NATO or Yugoslavia. If they support NATO (withdraw support on failed negotiations), Yugoslavia has no choice but to go back to the table. If they decide to support Yugoslavia then it's a ground war. If Primankov and Milosevic can put a framework together for a ceasefire I just hope NATO listens.
