John, I am trying to figure his approach out on the fly. My current idea is that ahhaha approaches the market as a physicist. Hutch raises the valid point of why not include volume in his equations that result in initial state. I asked a somewhat less important point about traders' commitments, but the point is similar...why does he select what he does to formulate initial state.

next set of questions from me is likely to be...if you put all this energy into deciding what the initial state is...then say that nothing is predictive of the future...why bother...

i am trying to understand him. he tosses out pearls of wisdom from time to time...but i for one get lost trying to understand his overall philosophy. i don't see why i can't keep asking questions.
