BB:TSIG), known as TSIG.com, today announced the appointment of Robert Ricci as Director of Product
Management for the company's Online Services Division.

He brings over 12 years of software development experience to TSIG.com.

In his new position, Ricci will be responsible for formulation and implementation of TSIG.com's Online Service
Division product offerings, and will report to John Hwang, senior vice president and head of the group.

Ricci has worked on a wide range of custom software development projects for a number of organizations,
including Andersen Consulting, Hewlett-Packard Company, Informix Software, VISA International, and most
