I made a total of 12 trades with InvestorLine yesterday , and they averaged less than a minute from the time the submit status showed till I saw my order on my market depth . Now there was one that took almost 2:30 minutes to show but that was the exception and it was for the Vancouver exchange. Now ETrade was a totally different story and has gone from about the best available service last fall to one of the worst at this time. At times I think there could be router problems between the brokerages and our ISP's , but that is only a guess. The crazy thing about this whole issue is that InvestorLine has gone from being one of the worst services that I use , to one of the better ones at this time. But they do still have problems at the beginning of the days trading and I had real problems for the first few minutes this morning.All in all , they all need to do a lot more upgrading of their services to a adequate level for their customers.
