Thanks Tom,

I know all those tricks except the History one. Now if there was a trick to get someone on the phone right away when the system was down that would be something. I just hate to buy something knowing I may not be able to sell it if I have to and watching something sink while your on hold is worse than watching something you want to buy go up up up.

I'm going to watch NETG and see if it pulls back toward 3 o'clock and maybe get in for an overnite hold, but the risk may outweigh the gain

Actually the best thing to do is to go to www.waterhouse.com, find the Webroker icon, right click on it and save the link to your favorites/bookmarks. That's the flipper page that will access anything that's available.
