CMTO - RYAN - I follow Com21, and have played it several times. After I recommended PILT to this list, I almost followed with CMTO. It was 20-21, at the low end of it's channel. I decided to let it ride, since I wasn't sure if it had put in a bottom, since it kept started hitting 20. I was on vacation yesterday, and of course look what happened. Preferred Cap just upped their rating , which is usually good for a pop. CMTO completed a secondary recently, which helped to depress the price. I wish it hadn't jumped so quickly. What would you like to know? I consider it a buy but it's obviously volatile, so may a good strategy would be to buy half or 1/3 position and average in... CB
