U.S. Democratic Party Peace Plan Fails --- Democrats Say War in Kosovo Should Continue Until Milosevic Agrees to 'Sensitivity Training' As the Crisis in Kosovo drags into its second week, Democrats on Capital Hill are already drawing up terms for peace. They believe that Yugoslav President Milosevic, rather than face a war crimes tribunal, should be forced to undergo 'sensititvity training'. Said one Senate Democrat, "Sensitivity training has been our weapon of choice against the evil excesses of corporate America. We feel that it would be an effective weapon in the war to topple the Milosevic regeime." Milosevic has allegedly said that he would, "'rather burn in hell" than be subjected to sensitivity training. Russian President Boris Yeltsin believes that sensitivity training is inhumane, barbaric and criminal. He has threatened to send Russian troops to Milosevic's rescue if NATO and the United States do not remove it as one of the terms for a cease fire.
