You beat me to the punch. Yes, filed on March 23, 1999, BII has applied for SMALL CAP lising. However, looking at price range for last 30 days ending March 23, 1999 they had no choice. Definitely in the small cap range. Now, they would have a choice. A new filing to the SEC would give them National Market status, given one more day @ $15 close or they could probably start trading small cap and make the application immediately. Nice problem. Obviously, the SEC must have close to approving the filing to have them make that change. It's coming, It's coming!
