Heres one that may qualify, ICOM. Currently near 52 week low with
new contracts lined up. Current numbers not looking that great.

Rande...I too like USTI as a company...I just don't understand or like the way that it trades. Good news implying a fantastic quarter and showing a great year did nothing except widen the spread and move the B/A only but slightly. Someday, this thing will take off, but the questions are when, and how.
