Actually, i was recently appointed to the BoD of our local MLS corporation. We are attempting to do just that: Find out who owns what. Since the previous BoD and CEO wouldn't tell us, we threw 3 directors out and now have 3(including me) in who will work hard to "sunshine" the corp. for the benefit of the shareholders.

What does canada or china have to do with accountability in the USA?

As for the FRB doing nothing with the stock, then why not open it up to outsiders so we can all participate?
