You Wrote: the ammendments are made based on price change...ie. down = small cap....up = national market.. So my thoughts are they probably ammended to National..if so that will be seen as a positive...because the NASDAQ small cap will go ahead and National when approved will move them up on the board! I read on the BII thread that the ammendment was about moving down to small cap. So the stock has to maintain $15.00 CDN for a couple of months before going on the BIG board.
