Check out the chart on NGQ-V. I watched it yesterday at .45. Noticed it last week. Woulda, shoulda, coulda, bought.

I read on the BII thread that the ammendment was about moving down to small cap. So the stock has to maintain $15.00 CDN for a couple of months before going on the BIG board.
