E*Trade has found a great new way to cut down on Level 2 server use - make sure some of your "top" customers can't log in. Have the program start to load, then stop and jam over and over again. Yes, those "top" customers love spending their trading day trying to load this &%^#%^#& program instead of having useful information and trading. Someday we will all NOT be able to trade this way. Turkeys. Idiots. What does it take to get them to fix their screwed up system?
