Interesting source of institutional info:

thomsoninvest.net (enter jmar as ticker)

Not sure exactly what this all means, but the circular graph seems to indicate that most of todays volume was between institutional investors.

A few days ago, just before all this action, there was an indication of buy interest for 100,000 shares. That was followed by the drop on low volume that had everybody over on yahoo whining, and then this rise on volume. My current theory is that somebody wanted 100,000 shares, the MM did a little shakeout and then accumulated shares up to about $2.25, and then proceeded with some sort of negotiated trade to the institutional investor.

disclaimer: I have no idea what I am talking about here, and probably just proved it.

I think what he means is MMs selling directly to each other by "preferencing". Doesn't show up on Level II. Someone who is more familiar please correct me if I am wrong.
