You are assuming that the SEC already approved existing paper?? Bid.com hasn't announced it yet...so you are wrong...I would agree if the SEC had already approved....they have not as far as we know!!

PS This stock is still doing "funny thngs" can't figure it out for the life of me!!

Dougie, why don't you tell us which one of these you are:

1) Working for a not-to-be-named brokerage in Vancouver where your job is to talk down the stock so that they can pick it up cheaper, alas, unfortunately you don't do that very well
2) A SHORTER, whose really not very good at what he does
3) A trader who is afraid of losing his money. Wait, if the stock is going up, buy it at the highest point of the day. Wait, the stock is falling, I better sell it at a loss before I lose more...not good at that either
4) A leftover investor from BRE-X who thinks the whole world is against him....jeez, if you're this one, YOU'RE RIGHT!!!!!

LOL

Depends on the changes - usually send a black-line copy so it's easy to spot the changes. Impact on timing depends on the nature of the changes. You'll note that the original document filed had some blanks in it (including the symbol anticipated to be traded under). That has now been filled in and this is the small kind of thing that would go in the amendment. They could be close to completion.

Dagan, also, how do you know today it's not MM's preparing to do a short squeeze.

Lots of services provide real time updates on EDGAR filings - doubt there's anyone big that doesn't know about the amendment.

Very controlled today.

Dagan buddy - I'm with you on this one. Have any of the 'experts' here on the thread every gone through this listing process? Bottom line - ammendments DO slow things down. Let me repeat that in case I'm not making myself clear - "Ammendements DO slow things down"

>>Sili says: "Ammendments don't slow exsting filings?"

>>Dagan says: Wrong, back it goes to SEC lawyers to be re-vetted thru the system, Time ,Time , Time
