Nonsense about wanting people to tender so they drop the stock price. This co has a market cap in the billions and is doing revenue in millions. It's ahead of itself probably by 2 years.

No one other than the insiders who have already agreed to, will sell at the tender offer price of $90. This is some backsliding on low volume. I don't make guesses about the short term, but I would not be surprised to see substantial upward movement over the next 6-12 months, as the Paul Allen capital is used for expansion and more analysts begin coverage with buy recommendations.
