"Any re-filing is a delay any way you spin it . If it had been approved it wouldn't require are-filing ."

Some may not have the patience but I do....if the delay means National Board as opposed to small cap then I'm all smiles.

Dougie, you never read the filing to begin with, so what would you know about how long it would take.

The initial filing had blanks where the ticker symbol was, now we know its BIDS, quite good actually. As well, they change the application statement to reflect share price over that 30 days ending March 23 to reflect a Small Cap Listing, however given the activity over past week, they may still get to go National.

Anything else change Dougie? Have you read it? No way, you Forensic accountant, you good old Garbageman. Dougie, wanna take up a challenge? Let me know, I got one where you could actually win. But, then again, you never read the first filing, you won't read the second filing.

Garbageman.

Again, do we know what the "refilling", ammendment", "note", "attachment" or whatever was?????
An ammendment can be requestd by the SEC as a result of a change, If the process was well advanced and the ammendment affects the later stages of the SEC approval, then there will be no delay!!

How about in this one case,..the question I am asking "you", stick with what you "KNOW"as fact. I could care less if you are short or otherwise.
Do you know what the ammendment is ? Yes or No
Do you think that ammendment will slow the process? Yes or No
Why do you believe this? Make your answer as long as you wish!
