Well maybe I should have highlighted another portion of that release instead of what I did highlight...let's see if this means anything.

Newbridge Networks (NYSE: NN - news; TSE: NNC - news) today announced that the Australian Capital Territory Electricity and Water (ACTEW) Corporation will deploy the Siemens / Newbridge MainStreetXpress(tm) 36170 Multiservices Switch and the Newbridge(r) Carrier Switched Routing solution at the core of its network. The network delivers premium-quality Internet protocol (IP) virtual private networking (VPN) services to its customers.

Known as the TransAct project, the new network is being installed in Canberra and is serving as the test bed for the delivery of high bandwidth premium IP VPN services. It is expected that the ACTEW TransAct network will cover all of Canberra by the end of 2002.

Back to the first question you asked about any new customers Aware (in their CC) indicated would be announced shortly. I was just putting forth the only new item I could find which followed the CC...not sure if it was what was refered to in the CC, but thought it could be.

You are indeed correct about Newbridge not being a new customer.
