I am just a student who invests more to learn, not so much for the money. As such, this site has been very helpful in teaching me many things I didn't know and everyday is a learning process for me. Chief, Silinvestor, Dagan, and everyone else, I really do thank you for all your views. They have taught me a lot. The opposing ciew points give students such as myself something to really compare and contrast thereby learning more. hOWEVER, THIS NAME CALLING IS REALLY NOT HELPING ANYBODY. i DON'T EXPECT YOU TO STOP ON THE REQUEST OF SOME STUDENT. BUT THEN AGAIN MAYBE YOU WOULD REALISE YOURSELF THAT IT IS NONPRODUCTIVE.

Sili, talking about whether amendments delay the process or not is akin to talking about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. Everyone knows amendments cause delays - period. It's something to do with lawyers. :-) >>how do you know if it will delay the process.
