How bad is that? They are still the largest
computer retailer after earning. After that,
we have a lot of positive news out. If it
is lucky enough, we will have full detailed
spin off information along with earning. One
free IPO share for every 50 CPU shares.

Actually, it was more like this on March 4:
CompUSA (CPU:NYSE) warned it sees a break-even third quarter and a fourth-quarter loss because of lower-than-expected sales. The 12-analyst First Call outlook called for third-quarter earnings of 21 cents a share, vs. the year-ago 27 cents, and fourth-quarter earnings of 11 cents, vs. the year-ago loss of 19 cents. The stock fell to 7 3/4 from a close of 8 1/8 in after-hours trading. [from TSC]
