former Palm Computing president Donna Dubinsky...

"...what matters is who's buying what products, and Palm has an 80
percent market share. In the end, Microsoft's losing in this, and
they're losing badly. They've spent tons and tons and tons of
money. They've had lots of partners spend tons and tons of money. This
is not their first try. They're on their fourth or fifth try. There
have been so many tries at this area, and they have failed and failed
and failed and failed.

Nobody expects them to stop trying. We certainly don't expect them to
stop trying. We expect them to get better. Eventually they'll get
better. But so far we've been pretty amazed that each [new] version is
not getting much better. (laughs)"

I expect the bond to get an initial bid in flight to quality duriing the intial stages of the crash.. until the bond mkt is mowed too in the final and most brutal downwave of stock liquidation. yes, UTIL got SPANKED.. and is telling us where int rates are headed. Open interest in gold expanded by 2,808 contracts yesterday in gold, and I expect it expanded even more today.. trust me... we are in for the MOTHER of all short covering rallies in gold.

yes, I am drolling. The real fun will start after tonight as the japanese central bank will no longer have a reason to hold down the yen since their yr-end will be over... yeehaa!

remember.. crashes start off as a trickle and acclerate into Niagra Falls... hang on!
