This does not surprise me at all. In the last year it has been more difficult to raise new cash and very few of these biotechs are generating cash.

Unfortunately, tho VICL is an exception to this concern (looking at their cash position and burn rate in 98)it gets trashed with the sector. My only concern would be if the flow of partnering and/or milestone payments stops. Scott
