Ouch!! I continue to be amazed that the street sells off on such news, given that the stock is so low now..await appeal, I guess.

Ridiculous that such a suit wasn't thrown out on summary judgment. This isn't news...little chance this will survive an appeal. How do you justify an 81 M award for a 67 year old janitor. This is nothing but mass hysteria. If this kind of thing goes through we have bigger things to worry about than the price of MO stock, it's the end of America.

I bet on a major rebound.
