To my knowledge, full audit is proceeding as we speak and SEC filing will occur on it's completion. NASDAQ listing should occur by mid to late summer. Financials on their webpage are PROJECTIONS !!! not actuals!!! Assets listed were audited a while back. Tobin is well aware that he cannot list accurate financial performance until after a full audit, so he is not releasing any! All he has said is that the projection of 11c/per share should be met or exceeded. I run a company too, and I can usually make a pretty good estimate of earnings before the audit jerks have finished (pardon the expression but they are here at the moment bugging me with their pedantic questions). Let's not judge until we see the audit result. If you're too chicken or have no faith in the integrity of this company, don't buy it! For those of us that had the faith early on, the risk is now minimal. For the rest, you may have to wait until you have it all in black and white. My suspicion is that if you look at all the releases you will not find much hype that doesn't hang together and make sense. This will mean that investors will continue to buy (although maybe at a slower level than the last few days.. phew..). So by the time the audit results are out we will be in the $30-40 range. Everyone has to make their own choice, but I believe Tobin has a clear head and integrity to match. Oliver

Sanderson, first and only warning to you and all other would be shorters... You can short ZSUN all you want, but if you write anything whatsoever detrimental to the Company that you cannot prove in a Court of Law, your backside is mine. I'll have a Court Order for SI to disclose your real name and have you slapped with a suit in defamation so fast that you'd wished you'd never heard about ZSUN in the first place.
