I'm long ZD from 23 7/8 and plan on selling into the gap tomorrow am.

I expect a sell off shortly before the IPO tomorrow.

Have you looked at the numbers on ZD.

By my calculations, ZD seems correctly priced right now, if the offering is at the top of the range. Unless I overlooked something in my quick review of the S1, the arbs could actually push ZD up a lot if ZDZ is a big hit.
