Whooaaa, Nelly!! Is FLC the comeback kid, or what? Down almost 5% earlier, it ended as one of the few up stocks in the Oil Patch (closing at its high of 9 1/8 on high volume).

Razorback, do you know if the 10K was released prior to or after the market closed?
