After April 15th the backlog of news will be released and catch up to gnet. Analysis(NB's in particular) will initiated coverage and earnings/split should propel gnet upwards. I find it no coincidence that NB initiated a buy on eight internet co.'s and not gnet...yet. I believe this might have something to do with that fact that NB is PA bank. Anyhow just hold on for the long term and everything should be great. Just my take------TD

Get yourself a full service broker who will explain these basics to you or quit complaining. You don't have to tender, it's voluntary. Capice. If you want to s ell into the market at above the tender price go ahead. I don't see what your problem is.

Get a life. Anybody who sells at $90 when the stock is at $135 is a fool and deserves to get $90 for their shares.

Bajasurfer if you want to donate your shares or give them away below market value for the benefit of a billionaire...have at it. I'm keeping mine or selling well above $90. If you are confused about the tender you should talk to a broker or some one. You may need professional help.
