Hi Dave. Good to see you on this thread!

I've no idea why NCW jumped up, but I think somebody knows something. From what I can see, there were only 6 trades today, all in the afternoon, at 8 cents, 8.5, 12, 12, 14 and closing at 18 cents. So someone seemed to be chasing it. Hmmmm.... Suits me fine, but any idea what's going on?
