Why a Longer Delay is Worse for Shareholders

If NAVR were motivated by a need to pay off
debt, or to launch a major expansion of the
NetRadio site to remain competative, we would
have seen a deal by now, and it would have
favored shareholders by giving them a better
chance for return as reward for their support.

But here the deal is delayed because the only
motivating factor is greed. debt is paid, and
expansion is not the major issue, it's that
NAVR wants the losses in NetRadio off their
books, NetRadio wants more independence, and
all the parties involved want a big payoff at
the expense of us shareholders while Internet
stocks are still running hot on Wall Street.

So the longer it takes to make this deal, the
more insiders have time to carve a nice slice
of the pie, and leave shareholders only crumbs.
