Smart Investor (as usual), you must read some news besides trying
to scare AOL newbies.

MSFT's greatest foe is the DOJ, do you think DOJ will let MSFT
unscratched in this anti-trust case? consider these:

Why would MSFT reorganize itself into 4 target-oriented divisions?

Why MSFT is talking about settlement?

Why did MSFT not acquire LCOS, GCTY, XCIT,...?

Why did DELL, CPQ, GTWY and INTC dare to offer LINIX?

MSFT is preparing for the worst!

MSFT has never behaved in such a good nature in the past, what
happened to MSFT?

None of the DOJ and 19 states' possible solutions for this anti-trust
case can be accepted by MSFT because they want MSFT to be either
broken up or giving up some important cash cows, do you think
MSFT will suddenly become a 'bad' boy to provide more reasons for
DOJ?

Don't forget AOL's partnerships with SBC and BellAtlantic's DSL, there
are more than 200 cities in the 25 states covered by these Bells, and
USWEST is in talk with AOL NOW, USWEST covers 12 states!

MSFT succeeds because people's PC has no alternative in using
OS (Window is better than OS/2, DOS indeed), but the internet
is a different world, you don't need IE to surf, you don;t need
window to surf.

Do you think people really like MSFT? If that is the case, MSN
should be number one long time ago, why? because people has
choice!

As I promised yesterday, I'll lend you $1 the day you lost your pants
based on your own analyses, the offer stands.

BLA BLA BLA
Why is MSN so limp compared to AOL?
