fuddle, maybe now that there is an 'amendments delay' the pros will go back to the well two more times? Why take one when two has to be twice as good - no? >>my gut is telling me that the pros want one more shot at this one and will try to take it lower

Fuddle,I had the same inclination as you did at 3:45,the momentum has turned slightly negative and I believe if the pending news was that of the patent,we'll see a downdraft.It won't be severe but possibly a buying opportunity.This Easter weekend always sucks in the markets especially the commodity markets,nobody wants to be long.Profit taking is and will be the rule for the rest of the week.It doesn't fundamentally change the picture of the BII scenario.Don't be swayed by the day traders,they'll drive you bonkers trying to guess there next move.I've taken an approach which will be viewed as long term.If you don't then you may as well throw the towel in and take your profits.The good in this stock far out weighs the bad regardless of the smearing it takes by some contrarians.Intestinal fortitude will reap the benefits.
