So ZDZ won't open until probably after noon. That will give everybody a chance to establish a position. Free money about to happen.

You can't even remember your own BS. The convertible hadn't even been announced. And your were posting that the company had a large stock offering coming. And don't even start talking about D D you know little or nothing about the company. You were wrong about the listing, your were wrong about the S-8 stock, and your wrong about the convertible bond that was just issued. To prove this I would like you to post on the
board when the issue is convertible, and at what price and the name of the investor who purchased the 7 million dollars worth of the bonds. You have 24 hours to provide the information, unless you want everyone to know what a fraud you are!!

Now your talking about how you shorted and covered 3 times more BS. I've never ever seen a post where you said that covered and the price you covered at. You cockroach are full of shit.

OK Balls in your court put up or shut up!!!

By the way I've posted several times when I purchased when the stock dipped.

I'm not upset I just hate scumbags like you who can't tell the truth. Why would I be upset I own the stock with an average cost of 3.75. I bought and will buy on all the dips.

I've read all your lies and half truths. You never mentioned anything about a convertible till recently.

Now cockroach how about the name of the investor, convertible price, and date of conversion. Thats the question.

No I don't. Seems to me that the stock on 10/07/98 closed at 7 5/16 . And on 11-5-98 it closed at 10 7/8 thats about a 50% gain. So whats that 6 or 7 times that you've been wrong. LMAO!!!

When are you going to say something besides its going down, because I'm always right. You sound like a 2 year old. The company has been down but what hasn't been. And there are plenty that are down twice as much as CYOE. Trust me my little bug, your in over your head and your going to get squashed. But what the heck your always right, so keep shorting it.

CYOE is not offering more shares. The filing that you are referring to is S-8

S-8: This filing is required when securities are to be offered to employees pursuant to employee benefit plans.

They are offering shares to employees thru a benefits package. So now your down to one criteria that its a BB stock. But let me remind everyone that its a BB with real sales, real technology, and will be listed on NASDAQ very soon. Second quarter earnings are due out this month, which if you look at the recent news and the orders that were shipped before Sept. 30, the earnings could be in the neighborhood of .30 for the quarter. This company is for
real! Now who you gonna follow some guy who claims he is always right, but yet can't even read a definition of an SEC filing, and by his own admission shorts stocks just because they are BB. But as I've stated before sellfirst, keep shorting it, its going to be fun to watch you get squashed.

COYOTE NETWORK SYSTEMS ANTICIPATES RECORD Q2 REVENUE; EXPECTS TO

Be SlightlyProfitable; Completes INET Acquisition

Sequential Revenue Increases More Than 100%; Book-to-Bill 3:1;

Raises $7 Million from Single Institutional Investor

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Coyote Network Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CYOE) today announced it anticipates sequential revenue growth of more than 100% for the second quarter of fiscal '99, ended September 30, 1998, and it expects to be slightly profitable. Revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 1999, ended June 30, 1998, was $7.2 million. Revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 1998, ended June 30, 1998 was $106
thousand. Revenue for all of fiscal '98 was $5.4 million. The second quarter telecom equipment book-to-bill was more than 3:1. The Company expects to report complete results for the second quarter as soon as they are finalized, but not later than November 15. "We continue to see substantial demand for our switching products, primarily to new emerging competitive international long distance carriers," said James J. Fiedler, chairman and chief
executive officer, Coyote Network Systems. "We plan to leverage our technology to help position our Company as a leading provider of affinity based, international long distance services. Although the majority of the second quarter revenue was still from equipment sales, we expect network services to grow faster and to be substantially larger."

The Company announced it had completed the acquisition of Interactive Network Systems, Inc. (INET), a competitively priced, provider of quality international long distance services to high volume, commercial and residential "affinity" groups. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, INET markets international long distance services to more than 17,000 customers, primarily to French and Japanese affinity groups. INET, with 1997 revenues of $6 million, has
doubled its revenues in each of the last three years.

The Company also announced it had completed a $7 million equity private placement with a single institutional investor. Under terms of the agreement, the Company completed the sale of 700 shares of 5% Series A Convertible Preferred stock and a warrant to purchase up to 225,000 common shares. The net proceeds of approximately $6.3 million are to be used for acquisitions, working capital, and network expansion.

First Off stock was up on very heavy volume in the morning with the market, but as the market went so did CYOE, When cyoe went down in the afternoon it was due more to lack of buying than any real selling. Also its important to note that stocks like Tellabs and Ciena hit 52 week lows (TLAB yr high is 93). Lucent down another 2.2%(yr high is 108),Cisco dropped 4.4%(yr high is 70), Ascend dropped 5.4% (55 yr high) I know
CYOE is not even close to the size and scope of these companies yet , but its important to remember that its a very weak market, with alot more stocks hitting 52 week lows than highs. Despite this cyoe is holding up very well. Keep in mind this stock was at 4.25 in June, so if its at 6, 8, or 10, the stock is still doing very well. Its the market thats stalling this stock, not some jack off from Disneyland.

Great reply!! Still no reasons as to why this stock is going down. You were wrong on the filing of stock, and you have no sound reason for the stocks demise, other than its a BB. The company has sales, cash, earnings, orders, pending acquisitions, technology. What are you going to say when its gets listed. You picked the wrong stock cockroach!

You are a true dip-sht. You never did learn to read did you. S-8 is the registration of stock for employee benefits plans. The people receiving can't just turn around and sell it at will. Beside in your post in September it was and I quote "I see on EDGAR, the company just registered about 4 million shares". Now its 2 million, again you have no accurate information, on numbers or meaning.

Lets talk about as you put it controlled selling, the stock had traded about 30,000 shares up until the last hour and on the OTC that represents about 15,000 in selling. Which is why the stock dropped, not because there was controlled selling, because there were no buyers. But look around genius there was no buying going on anywhere, lotsa sellers.
You keep talking about your other boards, just because it went your way in the past doesn't mean your right on CYOE. This a real company, with real earnings, technology, acquisitions, and profits.

Besides I've been on this board for over a year and never hyped CYOE. I and others simple believe in the company, and feel compeled to let others know about your lack of understanding between facts and lies. This company has shown us over and over again that they are on track(read the news) and though it may not be refelcted in its stock price yet, doesn't mean your right.

Talked to the company today. S-8 filing is for employee stock purchase plan. Most shares won't even be awarded for a few years, and any that is, has to be vested over 3 years. Wrong again. I quess they don't give Taco Bell employees stock purchase plans, so you wouldn't have a clue.

Company has very little debt, strong balanced sheet, listing on NASD within a couple of weeks. Stock will be at 20.00 by the end of the year in a good market.

CYOE is up 6% year over year, its peers are down 50% on average off high. This stock has been amazing in this market, very resilient. Its up over 93% from its 52 week low.

Bye everyone. I'm a buyer, and will continue to buy on any dips. Tired of wasting my time on this loser. Will be back to gloat.

Very good post. I know this company inside and out, and while I'm no expert. I feel very comfortable with the technology and the management. Unfortunately this sometimes has nothing to do with how the stock trades short term, that is left up to the amount of buyers and sellers. Long term still looks great.
