The conversion can occur, by my understanding, if MSGI stays above 8.75 for 21 (or 20?) business days out of 25. So we even have a little leeway with it dropping below that mark once or twice, although considering the recent interest in this stock, it would surprise me to see it flirting with that number ever again.

I have bought four times over the past week for a total of 4,000 shares.

Austin and others, Thanks for all the great info.

Maybe we'll see a small push to 11 today.
