I stand corrected. I thought that ASML, DPMI, PLAB, and ETEC had considerable overlap. BTW, I tried to get a quote on JEOL and it failed. What is the name of the company? I don't think I've heard of them.

Does Leica(Leitz-Wetzlar) make mask-making equipment? I thought they were purely into lenses and optics. They are a partner with AMAT to make lenses for SEM's for the Opal/Orbot divisions, but I had no idea they were also into chip-gear.
