Pentagon reports at 5:38 pm central - damage to Milosevich's machine is minimal at best - report from pentagon is NATO and US preparing for a STALEMATE. Clinton and NATO exacerbated the atrocities, re-insituted cold war attitudes - a technological and political disaster. Milosevich out thought Clinton every step of the way and will be the beneficiary of world forgivness and the US will hated more as an imperialist aggressor.
