tdl - I agree "caution" is in order with ZD, but there is no reason to believe that ZD will not do the same as DBCC/MALL/USAI, etc. and "sell the news". I think ZD is a good short tomorrow at about 11:00am EST - just before ZDZ begins to trade.

tdl, a lot of people would love to short IVIL, PCLN etc on their first day, but can't. Tomorrow they can short ZDZ by shorting ZD as a surrogate. It'll be a roller coaster for sure.
