What information do you have Microphonics currently is short of cash? While I am certain they have, in recent years, been short of cash,(ie giving so much stock in exchange for service to Rizzo and Russo as you pointed out, plus info from other data sources which I used before I bought in) I would think that the company's cash flow position is currently stronger than it has ever been. Period. There are no signs, to my knowledge, that the company will repeat those mistakes (which were likely a result of hard times and lack of options). Bob
