Thanks, the reason I'm asking is because the management at NAVR has put so much into preparing netradio for an IPO already that selling off netradio just does not make sense to me.

Also, how could a buying company put a price on it that NAVR would find acceptable? By IPOing it themselves and remaining the largest shareholder, NAVR gets ongoing revenues, something it would not get it they sold netradio to someone else.

Now having read all the postings, could the price surge today be 100% due to 30 days from the S-1 filing being so near? If April 3 is considered 30 days, that's Saturday so even though the SEC is said to be slow these days, people might want to establish positions just before the 30 days.
