The only stock I have absolutely confidence is MSFT. It has tons of cash, and needs to buy its share back constantly to fund the employee options that cushions any downside risk.

You should worry about AOL when every idiot analysts are shouting buy at a PE of 600! It is always a reverse signal (the top) when every idiot analysts are recommending a particular stock to the public.

"The problem is that in the long run AOl/NSCP and MSFT will not co-exist very well, especially the announcement of further alliance of AOL/NSCP/SUN to attack MSFT. I think MSFT needs stronger counter attack, and compete more forcefully with AOL/NSCP. If MSFT is successful in chipping away AOL's revenue, then AOL's sky high PE will collapse."
