Hi Sili, your scenario sounds largely plausible. Do you have the average price for the last 30 days? And if it is below $5 USD, assuming the stock stays at $15, when are the 30 days up?

I get it Sili! I get it! I'm a patient girl; my money isn't going anywhere!

Btw, my info says the Nasdaq gives them 3-5 days notice before trading on the Nas and they can announce it at any time once they have that notice.

I have not yet formed an opinion on whether they should announce approval to Small-Cap and start trading, or wait to go to the NM. I lean towards SC so they can cash in on the frenzy just in case something changes (from the general investor-at-large perception).

We have to remember also that it is starting to be the season when Q1 results start to get posted, some worse-than-expected numbers from other tech or i-net stocks could have a negative impact on BII, or a positive one (if they look towards a more diverse company with cheaper stock).

Denise.

PS. About your PM, you gonna give me the chance to beat you at pool?
