I like TheStreet.com. It's not really what you described, but it has a real-world feel to it and is full of ideas. Very broad in the types of contributors and hardly any of the Wall Street drivel you get in so many mags. Warning: watch out for Cramer's market calls (although I think he's gotten wiser since last October <g>).
