No one else is either since this question regarding "term sheet" has come up a few times. I think the only way to get a definition is to hear what IDTC's Investor Relations says it is. Anyone hear IR's definition yet? Thanks in advance.

It's basically a piece of paper that sets out the terms under which two parties would be willing to make a deal once certain conditions are met (such as bondholder consent).
